Processing requests and complaints related to accessibility
If, in response to your request for digital accessibility, we refuse to provide the digital accessibility you requested, and you disagree with the refusal, you have the right to file a complaint.
You also have the right to file a complaint if you do not agree to use the alternative access method offered to you in response to your request for digital accessibility.
You can also inform the Polish Ombudsman (Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich) about this situation and ask them to intervene in your case.
